June 2026 Newsletter

Hello, friends, family, clients, and maybe even future neighbors! If you've received my newsletters before, you know they're usually filled with real estate updates, market trends, and housing statistics. Don't worry—I still love all of that! But this month, I thought I'd switch things up and share something a little more personal that's been bringing me a lot of joy lately. I'm so excited because this is my first summer with a yard of my own (out of the city), and my garden is officially underway! This year I'm growing four different kinds of squash: butternut, buttercup, spaghetti squash, and a new one I've never grown before—the Sunburst (scalloped) squash. Squash is by far my favorite vegetable, they are so versatile! Apparently it's best harvested when it's only about 2–3 inches across, which means I should be able to harvest it pretty frequently throughout the summer.
